How it works
01Book
When a lead says yes in the Unibox, press Book a meeting in the thread. Pick the date, time and length, check the guest's time zone, and choose who can join. The lead status turns to Meeting and the deal moves to Meeting booked in the CRM. You can also book from a CRM contact or deal, or start one on the Meetings page.
02Invite
You and your guest both get a branded email from alerts@zicreach.com with a real calendar invite. Gmail and Outlook show it as an event card with Yes, No and Maybe and a Join button, and Add to calendar buttons cover the rest. Change the time and an updated invitation goes out; reminders follow 24 hours and 15 minutes before.
03Join
The Join button opens the meeting in the browser. Guests see their camera and microphone before they go in, pick the devices they want and type their name. Nothing to install and no account to make. You choose whether invited guests wait in the lobby until you let them in.
04Meet
Mute, camera and screen sharing, grid and speaker views, chat and raise hand, all in one room that runs on ZicReach's own video servers. The host can mute everyone, remove a guest or end the meeting for all. It works on phones too.
05Record
The host presses Record and everyone sees that the meeting is being recorded. The video goes to cloud storage as the meeting runs and plays on the meeting page, with a download. If the meeting is cut off, the recording is saved up to that moment.

You choose per meeting: Workspace (every member), Private (you and the people you invite), Team (also the members you pick) or Anyone with the link (whoever opens the meeting link joins with their name). Turn on the lobby and guests wait until the host lets them in.
Each plan sets how many meetings you can book and how many video minutes you can use each month. The Meetings page shows what is left, warns you at 90%, and never ends a meeting that is in progress.
