Every reply in one place, every yes on the board

Tag

Tagged by rules you can read

The tagger reads only what they wrote, drops the quoted email and the signature, and weighs yes, no and soft phrases. Whatever follows a “but” counts more. A timing reply stays Neutral, because the door is still open. Your own tag is never overwritten.

  • Interested, Neutral or Not interested
  • Meeting, Follow up, Not now, Won and Lost by hand
  • Untagged replies stay New
Follow up

Nothing waits too long

Waiting for me lists threads where they replied and nobody answered. When someone says circle back in January, the thread gets a come back date and turns up in Follow up today on the day, with an alert.

  • Waiting for them and Gone quiet views
  • Assign threads to a teammate
  • Reply from the same mailbox, or change it
Deals

Deals open themselves

An Interested or Meeting reply opens an opportunity for that person, linked to the thread. Move it across In conversation, Meeting booked, Proposal sent, Won or Lost, and the value adds up per stage.

  • One opportunity per person, never duplicates
  • Notes shared between Unibox and the CRM
  • Add opportunities by hand too
Visitors

Know who is reading your site

Add one snippet to your website. Campaign leads who click through are named, other visitors are matched to their company, and each visit shows the page they read.

  • Leads identified and companies recognised
  • Page views per visit
  • Lists of leads with CSV export

Six mailboxes used to mean six inboxes and a shared sheet. Now the team opens Waiting for me in the morning and it is empty by ten.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The six things people ask us most, in short answers.

Does AI read and tag my replies?

No. Tags come from phrase rules, so every tag can be explained. Replies no rule recognises stay New for you to sort.

Can I reply with attachments and formatting?

Yes. Replies support bold, italics, links and files, and go out from the mailbox the conversation started on unless you change it.

When is an opportunity created?

When a reply is tagged Interested or Meeting, or marked Won. There is one opportunity per person, linked to the thread.

Can I export leads from the CRM?

Yes. Every CRM list exports to CSV.

Do you track calls or SMS?

Not today. Unibox and the CRM are built around email replies, notes, deals and website visits.

Can my whole team work from one inbox?

Yes. Everyone in the workspace sees the same Unibox. Assign a thread to a teammate, and notes show up in both Unibox and the CRM.
