Give each client a workspace with its own leads, mailboxes, campaigns and pipeline. Switch between them in a click, invite clients to see their own results, and keep everyone else's out of view.
Agency owners tell us the outbound work is fine. Everything around it is not.
Hours lost to logins each week
Ten clients, ten tool stacks
Each client came with their own sequencer, their own lead source and their own logins. Your team spends Monday morning in a password manager instead of in campaigns.
“I kept a spreadsheet just for which client used which tool.”
Half a day per client, per month
Reports built by hand
Every Friday someone copies numbers from three dashboards into a slide, and the client still asks which emails actually got replies.
“Reporting took longer than running the campaign.”
Deliverability you cannot explain
One client's list hurts the rest
Shared mailboxes and shared domains mean one client's bad list raises bounces for everyone. Explaining that on a client call is no fun.
“We lost a client over another client's bounces.”
How ZicReach fixes it
One agency account, a clean room per client
Workspaces keep every client apart. The tools inside each one are the same, so your team learns them once.

Step 1: A workspace for every client
Each client gets its own lead tables, mailboxes, campaigns, Unibox and CRM. Connect their mailboxes in their workspace, and the switcher in the top bar takes you to the next client in one click.
Client mailboxes warm through the shared pool for free, while health, limits and pauses stay per mailbox. If one client's list goes bad, only that mailbox stops sending.
Every campaign shows sends, replies and the subject line that is winning, and says in one line why it stopped if it does. ZicAgent can build the next client's first campaign from one message.
Interested replies open deals on each client's CRM board. Invite the client as a member and they see their own pipeline and replies. Members cannot manage users, billing or API keys.

We run outbound for nineteen clients from one login. Each client sees their own pipeline and nothing else, and my team stopped building Friday reports.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What agencies ask us most, in short answers.
Is every client's data kept separate?
Yes. Each client gets its own workspace with its own leads, mailboxes, campaigns, replies and CRM. Nothing is shared between workspaces.
Can my clients log in and see results?
Yes. Invite them to their workspace as a member. They can see and work their campaigns and replies, but cannot manage users, billing or API keys.
What roles are there?
Owner, admin and member, set per workspace. Owners and admins manage people, billing and API keys; members do the day to day work.
How does pricing work for agencies?
The Scale plan includes workspaces and roles, and a custom plan can price volume credits across many clients. Warmup stays free for every client mailbox.
Will one client's bad list hurt the others?
Health is tracked per mailbox, and campaigns pause on any mailbox that drops below your limit. Keep each client on their own domains and their results stay theirs.
Can ZicAgent set up a new client for me?
Yes. Ask it in the client's workspace to find leads, write a sequence and pick mailboxes. It shows a Confirm card before anything starts.
