What is a credit?
One balance pays for sending, data and AI. Each email sent costs 1 credit, an AI written personalised email 1 credit, a ZicAgent message on our model 1 credit, a verified work email 1 credit and a mobile phone 5 credits. Warmup is free and never uses credits.
Does warmup use credits?
No. AI Warmup is free on every plan, including the free plan, and it keeps running when a campaign is paused.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Credit packs you buy on top never expire.
Can I bring my own AI model?
Yes. Add your own model key and ZicAgent and AI columns run on it without using credits.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel any time from Billing.
Do you offer agency pricing?
Yes. Scale includes unlimited workspaces, one per client, and a custom plan prices volume credits around what you send.
