Before ZicReach, our outbound ran on a lead database, an enrichment tool, a sequencer, a warmup service, a shared inbox and a CRM. Six logins, six bills, and a CSV moving between them every morning. Every handoff lost something: a bounced address, a reply nobody saw, a deal that went cold.
The spam folder tax
The tools did not talk to each other, so nobody owned deliverability. Campaigns kept sending while a mailbox slid into spam, and we found out weeks later from the reply rate. Building lists by hand took the rest of the week.
One place, one agent
So we built the tool we wanted: one account where leads, mailboxes, campaigns, replies and deals share the same data, and an AI agent that can run all of it by chat. It writes the sequence, checks the domain and pauses a tired mailbox, then waits for you to say yes.

Who is behind ZicReach?
A small team of operators, engineers and deliverability people who ran outbound for agencies the hard way, then built the tool they wanted instead.
Why one platform instead of the best tool for each job?
Because every handoff between tools loses something: a bounced address, a reply nobody saw, a deal that went cold. When leads, mailboxes, campaigns and replies share the same data, nothing needs exporting and nothing falls through.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your leads, copy and replies belong to you, and the AI providers we use may not train on them. You can export everything whenever you like.
Will the AI do things without asking?
No. ZicAgent shows a Confirm card before it changes anything in your account, and every action it runs is written to the audit log.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. The chat at the bottom right is answered by ZicAgent first, and a person from the team takes over whenever you ask. You can also book a 30 minute demo.
