AI Email Marketing

Cold email that sends itself, carefully

Write a sequence with AI from what you have told it about your business, send it from your own mailboxes in each lead's working hours, and always know why a campaign is or is not sending.

Everything a campaign needs, and nothing it does not

Write

A sequence written in your voice

Answer six questions about your business, or let them fill in from your AI context, paste a few emails you like, and the writer drafts the first email and every follow-up.

  • Reads your offer, customers and tone
  • Choose how many follow-ups
  • Use them as they are, or write them again
Check

Every step, every word checked

Steps wait the days you set and go out as replies in the same thread. Merge fields carry a fallback, so a missing first name reads as there, not as a blank. Spam check marks words that send mail to spam or read like AI, and offers a swap.

  • Personalize menu for lead, custom and sender fields
  • A reply always stops the sequence for that person
  • Spin text in the subject for A/B subject lines
Connect

Your mailboxes, any provider

Connect Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox. Presets fill the servers, the test runs before it saves, and each mailbox gets its own daily limit.

  • Replies and warmup read over IMAP
  • A daily limit per mailbox, 50 at most
  • Start low and raise it a little each day

Schedule

Sent in their morning, at a pace providers trust

Pick the days and the window, and send in each recipient's local time. The daily volume table shows exactly how many emails go out on day one, day two and every day after.

  • Timezone, days and sending window per campaign
  • Start now or on a date
  • A random gap between emails from one mailbox
Protect

Routing and delivery rules

Decide which mailbox providers may send to which recipients: Google to Google, Microsoft to Microsoft. Tracking and text only are one choice, and the page tells you when one switches the other off.

  • Send or Don't send rules by provider
  • Validate emails before sending
  • Stop sending to coworkers on reply

No more “Hi ,”

Every merge field can carry a fallback. Pick a lead and watch the line fill in.

Hi {{first_name|there}}, saw {{company|your team}} is hiring SDRs.

The status line is the thing I did not know I needed. When a campaign stops, it says why in a sentence, and the fix is usually one click away.

FAQ

Questions, answered

The six things people ask us most, in short answers.

Why are new campaigns text only?

Plain text emails land in the inbox more often. Open and click tracking need HTML, so turning tracking on switches text only off. You choose per campaign.

What does {{first_name|there}} do?

It inserts the lead's first name, and the word after the bar when the name is missing. So the email reads Hi Maya, or Hi there, never Hi ,.

How many emails can one mailbox send?

Up to 50 a day, follow-ups included. 20 is the recommended limit, and a ramp can start lower and add a few each day.

What stops a campaign on its own?

Bounces over the limit you set (5% by default), a mailbox whose health falls under its protection limit, or running out of credits. The campaign page says which in one sentence.

What happens when someone unsubscribes?

They are stopped in every campaign in the workspace and added to your do-not-contact list.

Which mailboxes can I send from?

Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger, Zoho or any mailbox with SMTP and IMAP. Presets fill in the servers, and a test runs before the mailbox is saved.
