Find Jobs shows which companies just posted the roles you fill. ZicReach finds the hiring manager, verifies their email and sends a note that names their open role, while the job is still fresh.
Hi Priya, saw Vellum is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in London. We placed two data engineers with similar teams this year.

The problem
Business development is the slow part of recruiting
Placing people is the job. Finding out who is hiring, and reaching them first, eats the week.
Late to every new role
You hear about new roles late
By the time a role shows up in your feed, three other agencies have already called the hiring manager. Speed decides who gets the brief.
“We kept finding out about roles from the competition.”
20 minutes per company
The post names a company, not a person
Working out who runs the team, then guessing their email format, takes longer than writing the pitch. Half the guesses bounce.
“Finding the right person was the whole morning.”
Replies in the low single digits
Generic pitches get ignored
A note saying you have great candidates lands in the same folder as every other agency email. Hiring managers answer when you mention their role and their team.
“Same email to everyone, same silence back.”
How ZicReach fixes it
From a new job post to the hiring manager's inbox
The same account finds the signal, the person, the email and the words, then sends it safely.
Find Jobs filters open roles by title, description keywords, place, days since posted, pay and experience, and can leave out posts that already list a recruiter. Find Companies adds headcount, growth and which teams are hiring.
Step 2: Find the hiring manager and a verified email
Search Find People at each company for the head of the team, or for candidates by title, seniority and country. The waterfall finds a work email, cheapest provider first, and marks it Valid, Catch-all, Risky or Invalid.
Step 4: Send from warmed inboxes, sort every reply
Campaigns send in each hiring manager's working hours from mailboxes AI Warmup keeps healthy for free. Replies land in Unibox tagged Interested, and a yes opens a deal on the CRM board.

We used to hear about new roles a week late. Now the email to the hiring manager goes out the morning after the post, and it names their role in the first line.

FAQ
Questions, answered
What recruiters ask us most, in short answers.
How fresh are the job listings?
Find Jobs filters by days since posted, so you can limit a search to roles posted in the last few days and run it again each morning.
Can I skip jobs that already use a recruiter?
Yes. Find Jobs has a has recruiter filter, so you can leave out posts that already list one and focus on companies hiring on their own.
Can I source candidates too?
Yes. Find People filters by title, seniority and country across ZicBook, so the same account finds the companies that are hiring and the people who fit the role.
How do I get the hiring manager's email?
Search Find People at the company for the team lead's title, then run waterfall enrichment. It tries providers in order and returns a work email with its verification status.
Will outreach hurt my agency's domain?
AI Warmup warms every mailbox for free and scores its health daily. Campaigns pause on a mailbox that drops below your limit, and resume when it recovers.
Can I keep candidates and clients apart?
Yes. Use separate lead tables and campaigns, or a separate workspace per desk. Replies and deals stay in that workspace's Unibox and CRM.
