ZicAgent is an AI agent inside ZicReach. Ask it to build a campaign, fix a mailbox or answer replies. It does the work, and nothing changes until you press Confirm.

It knows the page you are on
Open a campaign and ask for a better follow-up: ZicAgent works on that campaign. On a mailbox, it works on that mailbox. No IDs, no copy and paste.

Ask which mailboxes are struggling and why. ZicAgent reads health, placement and bounces, then proposes the fix: pause, rotate, or warm longer.

I describe who I want to reach and ZicAgent builds the campaign, picks the mailboxes and writes the steps. The Confirm card is why I trust it. It never sends anything I have not seen.

FAQ
Questions, answered
The six things people ask us most, in short answers.
Can ZicAgent send email without me?
No. Anything that sends, deletes or changes settings shows a Confirm card first. You can switch ZicAgent off for a whole workspace.
Which AI model does it use?
Ours by default, at 1 credit per message. Add your own model key in Settings and it runs on that with no credits used.
Who in my team can use it?
Everyone with access to the workspace. It can only do what that person's role allows.
Does it remember things?
Yes, things you tell it to remember, like your offer or tone. You can see and delete each memory from the panel.
What can it do without asking?
Anything that only reads: summarise replies, explain why a mailbox is struggling, find leads or draft copy. Sending, deleting and changing settings always wait for your Confirm.
Can I see what ZicAgent did?
Yes. Every action it runs goes into the audit log with who asked for it and when, next to the changes your team makes by hand.
