About this job
ZicReach is an AI cold email and lead generation platform. People use it to find leads, enrich them and run email campaigns from one place. Many of our users are new to outbound. In this role you help them get good at it fast. You run training calls, record short videos, write step by step guides and help our own team learn new features before they ship.
What you will do
- Run live training sessions for new and growing customers.
- Build step by step playbooks for lead lists, enrichment, email copy and sending.
- Record short how-to videos for each main feature.
- Train our sales and support team when new features launch.
- Collect the questions customers ask most and turn them into lessons.
- Work with the product team to point out where people get stuck.
What we look for
- At least 2 years of hands-on work in outbound, GTM engineering or sales operations.
- You have built cold email campaigns from lead list to booked meetings.
- You know tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead or similar.
- You explain technical ideas in simple words.
- You are comfortable on camera and running live calls.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience teaching, coaching or running workshops.
- Basic knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup).
- Some experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier, Make or n8n.
