ZicReach is an AI cold email and lead generation platform with customers around the world. We grow through our website, content, partners, affiliates and our own outbound. In this role you look at the whole funnel, from first visit to paying customer, and find where we can do better. You plan tests, work with marketing, sales and product, and share clear results.
What you will do
- Study our funnel and find the biggest chances to grow sign-ups and revenue.
- Plan and run growth experiments with clear goals and deadlines.
- Work on pricing, plans and offers with the founder.
- Build and improve partner and affiliate channels.
- Set up simple dashboards so the team can see what is working.
- Write short monthly reports with results and next steps.
- Study competitors and share what we can learn from them.
What we look for
- At least 3 years in growth, marketing strategy or business strategy at a SaaS company.
- You have run growth experiments and can share the results.
- Strong with numbers: spreadsheets, funnels and basic analytics.
- You can turn data into a clear plan.
- You work well with people across teams.
- Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience with product-led growth or self-serve SaaS.
- Knowledge of SEO, paid ads or partner programs.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Looker Studio.
